Dear M&J Parent/Carer,

Once you have paid for your child's 22/23 membership (at least the £40 initial fee or £25 for Under 5/6 Minis) please fill out the prompts below to select the correct size for this year's Training Top.

*If you have more than one playing child, please fill in this form separately for each child.

Any additional kit that you may require e.g. match shirts that have been outgrown, will be available through Heather Thorpe at the club every Sunday in September. We will attempt to facilitate the swapping of used kit and/or the purchasing of new kit at a reduced price in exchange. Alternatively, you can purchase new shorts and socks from our club shop here: Eccles RFC - Club Shop (rfu.club)
