2024 NJC Delegate Vote Designation Form
The 2024 NJC is virtual and we are welcoming all members to attend.  This form is to be completed by NOLSW Unit Chairs to identify the voting delegates and designate the number of votes each delegate is authorized to cast.  One delegate may cast all the votes for your unit or votes may be proportionally split based on the number of total delegates or the proportion of members in your unit represented by that delegate. This form should be completed and returned by Monday, January 22, in order to give NOLSW staff time to enter that information into the voting system for the NJC. For any unit that we do not have information for, the Unit Chair or their confirmed designee will be designated as the voting delegate authorized to cast all unit votes.

Number of Votes available to the unit. Your organizer will have this number if you do not know it.
Please list the delegate by name with the number of votes they are authorized to cast.  If no designation for votes is made, votes will be proportionally distributed to each delegate listed.  If no delegates are listed, all the units votes will be assigned to the unit chair or their designee.
