Well all you need to do is fill out this form to the best of your ability in order for it to be read and then decided upon if you shall be given a second chance. However, if you were banned and you feel it was unfair, or the person abused there powers, you can also appeal it here.

- Please ensure you are the age of 13 and above, if you were banned for being underage, and there was proof against you, you cannot appeal until there is proof of you turning 13.

- Ensure you do not troll or be rude within the questions, the whole point is to try get an admin to take "pity" in order to unban you and give you a second chance.
