This fund is designed to assist applicants to Padua Franciscan High School who otherwise could not afford a Catholic education without assistance. Recipients of the St. Francis Scholarship Fund may be awarded $1,000 to $3,000, renewable each year, toward Padua Franciscan tuition.

What you need to know?
• As the number of scholarships is limited, the successful applicant will demonstrate good character, academic success, and financial need.
• Applications must be submitted by November 15, 2021. A scholarship committee will notify applicants of their decision by letter in early January 2022.

• Complete this form by November 15, 2021.
• Complete the FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment application online by November 15, 2021.
• Take the High School Placement Test at Padua.

How the scholarship works:
This is a renewable, four-year scholarship to Padua Franciscan High School. Best of all, the amount of the St. Francis Scholarship awarded annually is above and beyond any other Padua* or diocesan financial aid or scholarship you may receive!

To be considered for renewal, you must continue to demonstrate financial need, and maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or better at the end of the second semester. In addition, the balance of your previous year’s tuition obligation must also have been satisfied.

Renewing your scholarship award each year is easy. Simply complete and submit a FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment Application. Unless your family financial situation or academic record changes from year to year, the amount of your St. Francis Scholarship award will remain the same.
