You could use this description space to describe the tone of pitch of the game, and the things to expect.

How to use this Form
This form uses a stoplight colour-coded system to illustrate your comfort level with the following plot or story elements

GREEN: Enthusiastic consent

YELLOW: Ok if veiled or referenced to "off-screen"; It may be ok onscreen but would requires discussion ahead of time; and/or I'm uncertain how I feel about it

RED: Hard Line, this should not be included or referenced at all

use the NOTES part of each section to go into any details or add anything else that was missed
