Thank you for your interest in coaching a Laurel Basketball Team!  Please submit this form and the after-school sports program coordinator will contact you with more details.  As a reminder, the basketball season runs from approximately November through March, with two practices and one game per week.  All games are played at the Arrigalla Gym at Burgess Park.  

***NOTE*** After-school sports program coaches must adhere to Laurel's volunteer requirements.  Laurel is requiring that all parents who volunteer on campus and/or are working with students MUST be vaccinated against COVID-19.  MPCSD is using the Safeter app to verify vaccination.

You will then receive an invitation to Safeter to upload your proof of vaccination to specifically be a Laurel volunteer.  Volunteer coaches must also complete a LiveScan fingerprinting and background screening.
