2023-2024 School Year - Application for Enrollment - Blended Virtual Program (BVP) Cecil County Public Schools
The Blended Virtual Program (BVP) for Cecil County Public Schools provides live synchronous online instruction five days a week while including programming/supports for social and emotional needs. This program is offered to 4th through 12th grade students (2023-2024 school year) who are registered in CCPS or plan to register in CCPS and who qualify.  The Blended Virtual Program (BVP) offers students access to the CCPS curriculum taught by our teachers and allows students the opportunity to participate in clubs, sports, and most extracurricular activities held at their home school.

**If you want to apply for more than one child, please complete the form individually for each**

It is important to understand that completing this application form means that your child will be enrolled in the BVP for the 2023-2024 school year upon completion of their screening review.  If for any reason your child is not eligible for the BVP,  you will be contacted directly.  After submitting this form, there will be a review of the student’s attendance and academic records as well as any specialized services.  A determination will be made regarding the status of the application as either a non-conditional or conditional status acceptance.  Students accepted on conditional status must meet minimum requirements for attendance and academic achievement to remain in the program.  More details regarding these criteria will be communicated in the acceptance notification.  Communications regarding acceptance into the BVP will be sent after the enrollment window closes.

For statewide mandatory testing and national exams (ie: MCAP testing and AP exams), students will be required to attend their home school and participate in testing sessions at the school.  Additional information will be provided prior to the administration dates.
