Thank you for your interest in joining YANA's So Much Potential (SMP) trip this year!


Please carefully read the following details BEFORE filling out the application:


1. Trip Logistics:
        a. Dates: 7/25/22 – 8/6/22
        b. Seoul, South Korea / Seosan, South Korea / Haenam, South Korea / Gosung, South Korea.

2. Application Process:
        a. The application period will close on 4/24/22.
        b. While we're always thankful for the amount of interest we receive in SMP, we unfortunately cannot
               accommodate everyone who applies. All applications will be reviewed after the deadline, and final
               participants will be notified by 4/30/22.
        c. Upon receiving acceptance notices, applicants will be required to submit a $200 commitment fee to
               demonstrate their seriousness in joining the program.

3. Trip Costs:
        a. Each participant will be required to pay $800.00 + the cost of their flight. (This includes the initial $200
               commitment fee.)
        b. This will cover all costs for meals, housing, transportation, and activities for the duration of the program
               (2 weeks).
        c. In the event that SMP is canceled, all fees will be fully refunded.

4. Training Requirements:
        a. Training will be led in both English and Korean by Pastor Min.
        b. Please mark the following dates for meetings. ALL MEETINGS ARE MANDATORY:
                i. 5/14/22 (Sat) 1:30 – 3:30 PM EST
                ii. 5/21, 5/28, 6/4, 6/11, 6/18, 6/25, 7/2, 7/9, 7/16
                iii. Packing Day: 7/23/22
                iv. Shine 2022 VBS at True Light Church: 6/27/22 – 7/1/22


By submitting this form, you consent to YANA Ministry collecting your personal information for the purposes of determining participation in the 2022 SMP program. YANA will never share your information with anyone outside of the immediate staff. By joining the trip, you also consent to having photos and/or videos of you be taken and potentially used on YANA"s social media and/or website.
