Here I go:
I'm Dr. Katie T. Larson, PhD and the founder of GrowthQuests. Personal Growth and Development is a passion of mine, and that's led me to helping thousands of people from all over the globe "Unfold" into the person they are meant to become.

If I gave you my "personal history-in-a-nutshell", it would look like this: over a decade ago, I was a scientist and a high school science teacher in Chicago. After having my own Past-life Regression and Life-between-lives session -- something awakened in me. Suddenly what was a only a "theoretical" realm with Spirit Guides, a Higher Self, wise-masters, Past-Lives (and more!) became very REAL.

Trusting the unfolding happening inside me led me to far-out physical places (traveling and living all over the world) and fascinating metaphysical spaces (within me). I wasn't changed over night, but gradually aligned myself to the version of me who knows my purpose, trusts the insights I receive from my soul, and creates the life that I set out to live before birth (don't worry--even if I sometimes drag my feet while I do it too!) That life, by the way, brought me some super cool experiences like earning a PhD in Transformative Learning, to certifying as a Depth Coach, and later becoming Transpersonal Wellness Coach and Hypnotherapist (and I have two kiddos to boot!).

I am a Highly Sensitive Person, Empath and Intuitive who also helps others like me recognize these as gifts and flourish unapologetically in a world that's not really built for us. I have taken bits and pieces of everything I have learned in the physical and metaphysical world and created "Quests" for my clients that are a bit like a scavenger hunt for your soul.  Through a hypnotic trance, you gain really deep insight from another realm and gather clues from your Higher Self, Soul, Spirit Guides, and even other souls who want to see you heal, trust yourself, and thrive in this life. You are completely safe and will remember the entire thing (and it's recorded so you can review it later). No two Quests are alike, but every one is sacred, special and life-changing.
