Green for Good: Save Rodney Reservoir
We are concerned neighbors of the Rodney Reservoir who want to see it continue to be a community greenspace. The City of Wilmington got $1.7 million in state funding and is moving forward with plans to demolish the water tank buried under the ground at Rodney Reservoir. Now is the time for our community to come together and work with the city to plan the future of the Rodney Reservoir as a public greenspace and commit the funding to make it a reality. Now is also the time to make sure that any actions taken by the city will protect the health of neighbors of this site. Let’s work together to ensure that we are safe, we keep our community greenspace, and we have a voice in its design.
