Service Foundation members, Department District Commanders ONLY, Department Appointed Officers and Post SEC Committeemen are the only individuals who will receive rooms, mileage and per diem.

Anyone else is welcome to attend, but it will be at your own expense.

The registration fee is $10/person, and it is required.
