Meadow Green Nursery  Application

Apply for a place at Meadow Green Primary School Nursery.

We can accept children in the term after their 3rd birthday.  If there are no spaces available, children will be placed on the waiting list, ordered by the date that this Application form is received. When they reach the top of the waiting list and a space is available, we will contact you.

Parents will be sent a Welcome Pack  during the Summer term for a September start, or approximately two weeks before their child is due to start at other times in the year.
