. A person may vote at the precinct caucus, be elected a delegate from the caucus and/or be elected as precinct organizer if they have been:
2. registered or pre-registered to vote no later than twenty-two days before the Caucus, Assembly, and/or Convention
3. affiliated with the Democratic Party holding the caucus for at least twenty-two days as shown in the statewide voter registration system, except that any registered elector who has attained the age of eighteen years or who has become a naturalized citizen during the twenty-two days immediately preceding the meeting may vote at any caucus or convention even though the elector has been affiliated with the political party for less than twenty-two days (by Feb 12, 2024)
Age Restrictions: The Democratic Party of Colorado allows a pre-registrant, 16 years of age or older, to vote at any Democratic Party caucus if the pre-registrant has been a resident of the precinct for twenty-two days before the caucus and has been affiliated with the Democratic Party for at least twenty-two days as shown in the statewide voter registration system, except that a pre-registrant who pre-registered within the twenty-two days immediately preceding the meeting may vote at any caucus even though the pre-registrant has been affiliated with the Democratic Party for less than twenty-two days.
