WHACK will take place at Wellesley College from Saturday, November 2nd at 1pm, to Sunday, November 3 at 6pm (inclusive of set up and clean up time). Indicating interest is NOT binding. The WHACK Team will be in touch about volunteering soon!

Types of volunteer roles:

**REQUIRED FOR ALL VOLUNTEERS: Participate in one of two training sessions 1-2 weeks before WHACK (dates TBD), and help set up OR clean up.

Set-up: Arrange chairs and tables in Tishman and Alumnae, decorate hacking spaces, put up signage.

Clean-up: Return furniture, take down decorations, clean up Tishman and Alumnae so they are completely empty by 6pm.

Hardware: Manage the hardware table, help students sign-out pieces of hardware, make sure nothing is stolen.

Food set-up: Help vendor transport food from parking lot to Tishman/Alumnae, help set up and clean up meals, advise hackers if they have any dietary-related concerns, refill snacks and coffee table

Check-in Desk: Register hackers, hand out swag, answer any queries or guide hackers to the right people

Activities: Set up rooms for workshops and fireside events, guide hackers to those events and assist workshop lead if necessary, guide hackers to our mini-events (outdoor activities like rock climbing, bubble soccer, etc)
