Parents, fill this out ONLY if you really really can't make the designated tryout.  As you know, Vikings is a flexible organization and we want all interested players to have a chance to compete for spots on all teams.  That being said, we ask families to please make every effort to attend our official tryout dates.  It is best to see your child in the context of the larger pool so we can best make accurate evaluations.  Conflicts also slow up the tryout and team formation process.  Please do your best to attend the actual tryout dates and times posted on our website.
