2023 WBDI Summer Conference Registration
  • Registration will open February 15, 2023 and close July 13, 2023. A copy of this completed Google form will be emailed to you once it has been submitted.
  • The airport, Piedmont Triad International (FlyfromPTI.com), is 28 minutes away from the Winston-Salem Marriott (425 North Cherry Street, Winston-Salem, NC 27101).
  • The deadline for hotel registration at the reduced rate is also June 13, 2023.
  • Registration is $45.00 for WBDI members until June 15. Starting June 15, the fee is $60.00.
  • Registration is $85.00 for non-WBDI members.
  • NO LONGER AVAILABLE - If you would like to attend the clinic and concert Friday evening (7/14) at the Eastern Music Festival, you will need to pay an additional $10.00.
  • NO LONGER AVAILAVLE - If you would like to visit the Old Salem Museums and Gardens Saturday morning (7/15), you will need to pay an additional $22.00.
  • If you would like to contribute toward conference expenses as well, you may do so.

If you are flying to the conference, you will need to land no later than 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 13. If you need a ride to the airport on July 16, we will be departing from the hotel at 12:15 and dropping people off no later than 12:45 p.m. Please let us know if you need transportation for the following. As soon as you have your flight information, please email us at wbdincchapter@gmail.com.
I am available to help transport members to and from the airport at my own expense.
For those who are able to provide rides to and from the airport, how many people plus their luggage can you fit in your vehicle?

We will be using the Winston-Salem Marriott for the summer conference. The Winston-Salem Marriott has been contracted at a group rate for $135 per night not including taxes. Self-parking is $12 per night and valet parking is $25 per night. Other hotels are nearby if you prefer one of them. (Kimpton Cardinal Hotel, Embassy Suites by Hilton Winston-Salem, Hotel Indigo, Courtyard by Marriott Winston-Salem) If you need transportation to and from sessions and events, you will need to stay at the Winston-Salem Marriott.
