2022-2023 FBES Additional Car Rider Tag Request
Please complete this form from a parent/guardian email address ONLY if you need more than 2 FBES car rider tags. Extra car rider tags cost $1.00 each and will be picked up in the FBES front office starting on August 9, 2022 after an FBES employee notifies the parent/guardian that the car rider tags are ready to be picked up.
