What Is the Mental Performance Training Program?
If there is enough interest, we are hoping to offer a Mental Performance Training course that would address sports psychology topics like coach-athlete relationships, team culture, and mental toughness. If we are able to offer such a course, our plan would be to run it at least once during the ATP B session (7:30-8:15AM), and if there was enough demand, during the ATB C session (8:30-9:15AM). We will ask you to indicate if you would be interest in participating in such an offering.
