Thank you again for agreeing to support the 2025 Site Pro Clay Shoot! Join us at the event and feature your signature breakfast and/or lunch offering and market to our executives & pro players. We look forward to having you.

Proceeds from the tournament benefit KIDS IN NEED across the North Texas region through Pro Players Foundation's programs.

YOUR MARKETING OPPORTUNITY IS FREE. To support PPF and promote your restaurant, we REQUIRE all restaurants to contribute the following: 


1.  Gift Card/Certificate Donation - Minimum value of $100

2.  Swag Bag Items - Additional gift card(s) and/or special promotional offerings/discount cards to promote to our 260 players. 


*Please submit a high resolution logo by Friday,  February 28th (.eps preferred) to Info@proplayersfoundation.com for inclusion on the event signage and marketing materials. 

Day of event, please provide: 
-Tent(s)????   Their Logoed Tent?  Or just delete?
-All food prep and service items (silverware, cups, sterno, napkins, plates, chaffing dishes, etc.)- please come prepared with everything you will need
-Coolers and ice as needed for your food service
-Your marketing materials, additional seating, staffing


Restaurants to be set up to serve breakfast by 730 am, lunch by 1130 am and break down following the end of service.  

*PPF to provide one 6 foot table, 2 chairs and sign.*Upon Partnership form completion, we will follow up with additional information regarding parking, etc., and contact you to set a site visit.
