Strength training at Tiger Hollow is a year-round option for all in-season and out-of-season RHS athletes. For the 2021-22 school year, a flat fee of $200 will give an athlete access to lifting at Tiger Hollow at designated times throughout the entire year, beginning June 28th 2021 and running through June 24th, 2022.
Athletes choosing to participate should register to participate by completing this form. Information will be forwarded to our coaching staff that will oversee all sessions. The $200 fee will be assessed to the student's RevTrak account in PowerSchool.
