POSITION DESCRIPTION: When a guest walks into any of our luxury suites – imagine how they feel as they admire your work and say to themselves, “Wow, it’s perfect!!”. QUALIFICATIONS: We value work ethic, servant leadership, growth mindset, and past results significantly more than your degree (or lack thereof), GPA, etc. Have you delivered quantifiable results in a similar role in the past? If so, that’s what we’re looking for. This opportunity is available for a proven leader with a positive “whatever it takes” attitude with a track record of driving & delivering impressive results.
EXPECTATION & REQUIREMENTS:
Move and lift up to 50 lbs and climb 8 ft ladder
Clean and make beds positioned at higher than normal levels (lofts and/or bunk beds)
Stand, sit, bend, squat or walk for extended periods of time
Present a professional demeanor both in appearance and conduct at all times
Communicate clearly and respectfully
Adhere to dress code (shirt and name tag provided)

Position Type: Full-time or Part-time
Hourly Rate: $14/hr starting rate plus bonuses & performance-based hourly raise incentives ($15/hr, $16/hr+).
Work location is on Whitwell Mountain, TN 37397.
