In participating in FAccT, all participants acknowledge ACM's Policy Against Harassment at ACM Activities and the ACM Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct and agree that behavior which deviates from these guidelines will constitute grounds for actions against any attendee. If you have experienced or witnessed any such incident, fill out the form below and the conference's Safety and Inclusion panel will review the case to determine further action. The information shared in this form will be kept private and only accessible to those directly involved in working on the Safety teams.
