All student organizations must complete the below form indicating if there have been or will be changes to the executive board currently on file, or if the executive board will remain the same for the Spring 2023 semester. This form must be completed by 12/12/2022 at 8am.
If one or more executive board members have changed from what is on record with SEA, all members of the executive board must complete an Eboard Member Update Form and sign off on the terms and conditions of their position no later than Friday, 12/12/22 at 8am. Each individual member of an e-board must complete their own form for their position.
