Mental Health Initiative January Events
Defining Who We Are Beyond Our Graduate Student Identity

When: Tuesday January 25th, 11:30am – 1pm
Who are we and what consists of our identities? From where do we derive our self-worth? As graduate students, it may sometimes be difficult to see ourselves beyond who we are as students/researchers/instructors. Join us to explore what it means to see our full selves through a self-compassionate lens. We will be utilizing a identity exploration tool developed by Grad Peer Coach, Gawoon Shim. You'll be reimbursed for lunch after the event up to $12.
Workshop will be led by Gawoon Shim, Grad Peer Coach from McGraw Center for Teaching and Learning and Sue Kim, CPS/TigerWell Outreach Counselor
