The following 7 people have volunteered and been nominated to act on behalf of the HIS parent community as the PTA Planning Committee for the 2021/2022 school year, as detailed in the school newsletter The Crane of May 21st.
5月21日発行の学校のニュースレター・The Craneに記載がありましたように、下記の7名が来年度(2021年/2022年)のPTA役員として立候補しました。

We would like to ask you to confirm their nomination by answering the question in this voting form below by 9am on Friday, June 24th, 2021.
They are nominated as a group, in accordance with the PTA Constitution, not as individuals, so we ask you to confirm them as a group.
Assuming that a majority of the parent community are in favour of their confirmation, they will be considered duly elected at the HIS PTA Planning Committee when the deadline passes. Results will be announced in the Crane.
You may vote anonymously.
You may vote in favour, against or abstain, but in line with the PTA constitution, if you do not fill in this form at all
 it will be construed as agreement with the majority decision. Thank you for your understanding.

2021年6月24日 金曜日の午前9時までに、下記のフォームの質問に答える形で投票してください。
上記7名は、PTA規約に従いまして、個人単位ではなくグループ単位でノミネートされていますので、グループ全員の選出にご賛同いただけるかどうかについて、ご投票ください。
投票の締め切りを過ぎた時点で投票総数の過半数が賛成票の場合、全員が正式にHIS PTA役員として選出されたものとみなされます。投票の結果はCraneニューズレターにて発表いたします。
匿名で投票いただけます。
なお、投票されなかった場合、投票総数の過半数の決議に同意したものとみなされますので、ご了承ください。(PTA規約に準じます。)
