Field Trip Request Form
Your signature confirms your agreement to our terms of visit. We will contact you as soon as possible to let you know if that date is available.  If you have any additional questions, please contact our team at (910) 750-5876 or at programming@sturgeoncity.org.
- Each chaperone attending must also pay the $7 fee either to the teacher before the program or at the door.
- Payment is due the morning of the program, any staff attending are free of charge.
- We always recommend that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the start time of your program.  If your group is over 15 minutes late, programming will be adjusted to end at the time agreed upon. 
-Classes will split into 4 different groups. The groups will rotate through 4 stations that are 30 minutes each.
