This nomination is for a person who has demonstrated extraordinary accomplishments in providing services to troubled adolescents and their families. Apart from excellent service, the nominee also acts as an outstanding ambassador for the Florida Network of Youth and Family Services, embodying the overall vision and mission of the organization. This award is presented each year to an individual who most closely exemplifies the following qualities:

• an advocate for all of Florida’s youth,
• a visionary, a motivator, a guiding hand, a catalyst for change,
• a community servant and active volunteer, and
• a person who possesses a tireless commitment to improving the future of our youth.

This nominee also may be selected from among members of your community who are involved in improving the lives of our youth – board members, volunteers, law enforcement, the judiciary, schools, advocacy associations, local, state or federal government, etc.
