To register your child for preschool, please fill out and submit this form. Also, the $30 non-refundable registration fee must be received to complete registration. You may pay your registration fee digitally or check. A digital convience fee of $2 will be added if paid digitally.

Checks should be made payable to “Little Blessings Christian Preschool” and mailed to the church at 2185 Windsor Road, Windsor PA 17366. Include your child’s name in the check memo.

**Spaces will be filled in the order in which complete registrations are received.

An enrollment packet will be mailed to you upon receipt of your registration form and non-refundable registration fee.
