Chaperone application to the Diocese of NY's delegation to the Episcopal Youth Event
EYE20 will take place July 7-11, 2020 at the University of Maryland, College Park. The delegation from the Diocese of New York will travel together on a chartered bus leaving from and returning to the Cathedral of St. John the Divine.

Chaperones must be age 22 or older at the time of EYE20. They must be active members of a worshiping congregation in the Episcopal Diocese of New York, be current in the Diocese of New York's Safe Church Training and undergo a Criminal Sexual Background Check (or provide a copy of one completed by your parish or the Diocese within 3 years of 7/11/20).

All applicants must provide contact information for 3 references who can speak to your suitability to chaperoning a church-sponsored youth event.
