As a South-Asian-based sorority, the DISTINGUISHED sisters of Sigma Sigma Rho Sorority, Inc., are an organization of strong, motivated, diverse women united to work together for educational, charitable, cultural, and social purposes. 

♥ Sisterhood is what we work for. Sigma Sigma Rho not only celebrates sisterhood amongst women of South Asian descent but also the combined unity of sisters from many different cultural and ethnic backgrounds. Together, all of the sisters of Sigma Sigma Rho nationwide join to form a sorority unlike any other.

♥ Society is whom we give to. Sigma Sigma Rho believes in the importance of cooperating with service organizations that strive for similar goals. Sigma Sigma Rho volunteers in many different ways to give back to the community. Our national philanthropy is specifically aimed at helping those affected by domestic violence.

♥ Remembrance is what lies in our hearts. Sigma Sigma Rho embraces the cultural ancestries from which its members descended and strives to carry out the voices of our ancestors in society today.

Through these ideals, the sisterhood of our sorority hopes to serve both the South Asian community and the greater community at large both on and off campus, and strengthen our sisterhood.
