KINESIS HIIT is a fun community fitness group class for individuals looking to improve their health and wellness. It incorporates High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with goals to improve your cardiovascular health and strength. The class will incorporate weight and agility training, power and functional movements. Each class is led by a Board Certified Physical Therapist. We can modify any movements based on your needs.

Time: Every Thursday 12:00 - 1:00
Event Address: 2800 Northup Way, Suite 200, Bellevue, WA 98004 (street level, plenty of parking!)

Cost: $15/class (drop-ins) OR $130 for 10-class pass
