I understand that yoga/ fitness classes include physical movements as well as an opportunity for relaxation, stress re-education and relief of muscular tension. As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. If I experience any pain or discomfort, I will listen to my body, discontinue the activity, and ask for support from the instructor. I assume full responsibility for any and all damages, which may incur through participation. I, the undersigned, understand that yoga /fitness is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis, or treatment. I should consult a physician prior to beginning any activity program, including yoga/fitness. I recognize that it is my responsibility to notify my teacher of any serious illness or injury before every yoga/fitness class. I will not perform any postures/exercises to the extent of strain or pain. I also affirm that I alone am responsible to decide whether to practice yoga/fitness and participation is at my own risk. I have read and fully understand and agree to the above terms of this Liability Waiver Agreement. I am signing this agreement voluntarily and recognize that my signature serves as complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent. 

1: BOOKING PROCEDURE

We offer payment plans: 

1) Non-refundable deposit must be paid to reserve your spot

2) Monthly payments starting in 30 days*

*or other custom payment plan agreed upon

2: RETREAT PRICES 

Our retreat prices include accommodation, all meals as advertised,  all group yoga classes, unless stated differently in your booking confirmation email. Our prices exclude flights, trains, travel insurance, tips, excursions outside of planned itinerary, transfers from airports unless otherwise stated.

3: CANCELLATION BY YOU

You (or any member of your party) may cancel your space at any time, for any reason (including falling ill to covid or any other illness), providing that the cancellation is made by the person submitting the booking form and it is communicated to us in writing. Cancellation will take effect the day such notification is received by us. As this incurs administrative costs, we will retain your $500 deposit. Please note that your deposit is non-refundable in all cases. Any payments that have been made after the deposit can be refunded. If cancellation occurs less than 60 days before the start of the retreat, the full cost is non-refundable. 

4: RESCHEDULING BY US DUE TO COVID

If the retreat needs to be rescheduled/canceled due to COVID restrictions/lockdowns, or any other unforeseeable events your deposits and furter payments will be refunded. We will not be responsible for any money you have paid for travel, so please make sure you have adequate flight cancellation insurance in place at the time of booking your holiday.
