Please complete this form to register your child for May's Lunch Bunch. The program is flexible, parents may register their children on a regular monthly basis or a drop-in basis, if space allows. Each child is asked to bring a nut-free lunch. Lunch bunch runs from the end of your child's school day until 2:15pm.
All registrations for Lunch Bunch will be invoiced upon registration via Brightwheel. Once registered, deductions, swaps or refunds cannot be made for days missed due to illness or unplanned absences. Early billing is driven by Ascension’s need to properly staff and plan lunch bunch days. It also determines if a class has enough registrations to take place for that day of the month.
Monthly : To receive a discounted rate, you must sign up for all sessions of particular day for the month
(Ex. All Tuesdays in May). Registrations for the month are due prior to the start of the month you wish to attend. (Ex. Sign up by the end of April for all Tuesdays in May). You will be billed $25 per session.
Drop – In / Singles: If you wish to drop in or sign up for single days, you will be charged $28 per session.
