All course fees include access to live ZOOM classes and the True Coach app with specific training modules, specific to the age group of the applicant.
No recording, photography of other course participant’s is allowed in any form. SMAC Gym will be recording classes, but not the training of participants, only footage of instructors demonstrating, and teaching will be recorded and distributed to our online members group.
For children and teenagers, parents are required to monitor their interaction and online use.
Class meeting ID or passwords are not to be passed on, by you, in any form.

We will confirm receipt of your registration and then scheduled a one on one ZOOM meeting to discuss and confirm the identity of the person taking part in our classes. After this meeting, if both parties agree to continue, payment will be made and access codes and information will be emailed to the applicant or their agent.

Payment for online classes is weekly and can be cancelled at any time, no refund will be paid upon cancellation. If the applicant chooses to pay for multiple weeks and cancel prior to the expiration of their tuition fees, no refund will be paid.

No refund will be made for non-attendance on a given day or for the duration of the course.

SMAC Gym, BJMA and the course facilitators reserve the right to cancel a class if necessary.  We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel membership/access of any person who’s behavior does not reach the expectations of SMAC Gym or is abusive or inappropriate in anyway.
 
SMAC Gym reserve the right to the use of photographs and videos taken at this event for future marketing purposes.

In agreeing to participate in SMAC Gym’s online training program and its activities, I agree as follows:
I fully understand and acknowledge that martial arts and boxing, has (a) inherent risks, dangers, and hazards and such exists in my participation in this activity; (b) my participation in such activity may result in injury or illness including, but not limited to bodily injury, disease, strains, fractures, partial and/or total paralysis, death or other ailments that, could cause serious disability; (c) by my participation in these activities, I hereby assume all risks and dangers and all responsibility for any losses and/or damages.
I, on behalf of myself, my personal representatives and my heirs, hereby voluntarily agree to release, waive, discharge, hold harmless, defend, and indemnify SMAC Gym Pty Ltd, and all its instructors and members from any and all claims, actions or losses for bodily injury, property damage, wrongful death, loss of services or otherwise which may arise out of participation in this activity. I specifically understand that I am releasing, discharging, and waiving any claims or actions that I may have presently or in the future.
I understand that the SMAC Gym, does not condone the irresponsible use of martial arts or boxing or related disciplines in dangerous or illegal activities.
I understand that I am responsible for informing my instructors of any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries that may affect my ability to participate in training. I understand that, if during my training, I develop any medical conditions or injuries that I will inform my instructor about them immediately. I understand that I will be training online and will be responsible for my training space, equipment and safety. Medical attention and the availability of medications are not the responsibility of course facilitators or SMAC Gym. I take full responsibility for making sure I have adequate supplies of medication kept under the correct conditions for my personal use.
