𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗲𝗿𝗺𝘀:
- This is not FCFS(first come first serve), the artist will choose the commission requests they want to
work on at the time.
 
- If you do not hear back from the artist, feel free to resubmit at the next commission opening.

- Client MUST provide a SFW visual reference. This can be character reference, quick doodles/sketches or photo's/images. If you only provide a description I will charge a character design fee.

- Artist reserves the right to reject/cancel a commission request and refund under any circumstances.

- By submitting this form you agree you have read and accepted the TOS.
 
                                                                                 
𝗣𝗮𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁:
- The client must be 18+ years old.
- Payment through Paypal (or Bank Transfer for EU ) only.
- Payment in EURO currency.
- Client will receive invoice once the commission request has been confirmed.
- Client must pay 100% up front.

𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲:
- Commissions will be completed within 1 month.
- If there are any delays the client will be informed.

𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗙𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆:
- The artist will communicate with the client about the commission through e-mail only.
- Client will updated weekly (on Fridays) about the progress through the e-mail.  
- Completed commission will be sent as digital PNG file to the client through e-mail.  
- The digital file resolution delivered will be A4 (21 x 29,7 cm) size and 300 dpi. (Client can request a different file size.)

𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀:
- Once commission request has been accepted, the artist will work on a concept sketch for approval.
- During the sketch stage the client can ask for edits/changes up to 5 revisions, any more changes the artist may
  charge extra fees depending on complexity of the change.  
- Once the sketch is approved and payment is received, the artist will start working on the commission.
- No big changes will be made after approval.
- The client will receive 2 WIPS (one of lineart and one of coloring) during the process.
The client can ask for minor changes. (example: change eye color, jewelry, markings etc.)  
- Once the commission piece is completed and delivered (digital file), the service between client and artist is
  over.

𝗢𝘄𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽:
These terms are for NON-COMMERCIAL commissions only.
The commission work can ONLY be used for PERSONAL purposes, such as using it as icons, banners, wallpapers,  print for your own use, upload it to your own gallery/TH (with credit) etc.
Artist keeps all rights to the completed commission work. Client keeps all rights to their depicted characters.
Client may not resell/redistribute the completed commission work.  

𝗥𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗱𝘀:
- If the client wishes to cancel their commission before work begins, the artist will retain 10% of the original
  commission payment in Euro as a convenience fee.
- In the event of client cancellation during the sketch phase, a 75% refund of original payment will be issued. No
  refund will be issued if the Client cancels after the artist starts the lineart stage.

- If the artist cancels the commission (for any reason), 100% of the original commission payment in Euro will be refunded to the client.
