The MASS AWIS Leadership Program is an introductory leadership program with space for 25 participants. Based on early conversations, we expect a large number of applicants. The application page is scheduled to close on January 10, 2022.

From the applicant pool, we will select 25 participants for this program.  The selection process will be blinded and guided largely by the intention to create a diverse group of participants across fields of STEM, career stages, current roles, and developmental goals. The content of your essays is particularly important for how we evaluate your application.

Apr 19 - Effective Negotiation
May 3 - Organizational Savvy and Leadership Styles

There will be a minimal reading and reflection assignment for each session to help prepare participants for the discussion.
We hope to have some events in person such as the kick-off and the closing session.  All other events will be on Zoom.
