[RL] Registration End of year tournament 21-22

A team is allowed to have two substitute players who are not a member of Dorans.

Regarding the tournament or registration for the tournament

I hereby confirm our team members are registered members of Dorans. We will pay our 4 euro entry fee per player before the tournament has started. We have at most 2 non-Dorans members participating. We will notify the organization of this event at least 1 day before the tournament if we are unable to participate. *
