Mentoring for ACL Student Research Workshop 2019

1) PRE-submission mentorship: Pre-submission mentors will give interested students feedback prior to submitting their work for review, which means reviewing the student’s work in progress between March 12th and March 31st. The feedback will be in the format of guidelines and suggestions to improve the overall writing.

2) POST-acceptance mentorship: All accepted papers will receive post-acceptance mentors, who will provide feedback to students in the form of in-depth comments and questions. Post-acceptance mentors will attend the workshop and provide guidance for their mentee’s presentation in person. (For this reason we will determine final post-acceptance mentors after ACL attendance has been decided, though we would like to establish interest now).
