Terms and conditions

The Austrian IFYEs will use information collected only in terms of informing the participants about the conference, and the purposes needed for conference organisation.

Name, address, e-mail, IFYE country and year will be published in the conference report with the country photos after the conference.

During the event, photos and videos will be taken which may be used for the conference report, and/or may be published on social media.

The organizer reserves the right to withhold a fraction of the registration fee to cover the expenses incurred in the event of cancellation of the event for a valid reason (e.g. pandemic, force majeure, ...) - this also applies to cancellations by the participant.
