My name is Chloé Grimaud and I created this survey for my master thesis on the impact of marketing viral campaigns on the loyalty of customer to companies. I am working on the relationship between customer loyalty and viral marketing campaigns in our society.

I want to understand if consumers do have a special link with the different viral campaigns they have been connected to and analyze the consequences it could have on the choice of big companies on brand awareness over brand image.
