2020 Community of ESAE Curriculum Showcase Application
AAFCS 111th Annual Conference & Expo
June 26-28, 2020, Baltimore, MD

All annual conference attendees are invited to share their programs and materials at the AAFCS conference by participating in the Elementary, Secondary and Adult Education Community Curriculum Showcase. (AAFCS Affiliate Teachers of the Year are requested to participate in the Curriculum Showcase.) The showcase features displays of recently-developed materials. Displays may include curricula, videos, software, student work, pamphlets, posters, books, samples, and marketing items.

Applications must be received electronically on or before March 30, 2020, to have names published in the AAFCS Conference Program Book.  Acceptance will be sent by email.  Additional applications may be submitted until June 1, 2020, but will be published only in the Community of ESAE Curriculum Showcase program.

Participants should bring 75-100 handouts, CDs, postcards with a link to more information, etc.  Include your name, address, phone, and email.

● Participants must register for conference.
● No materials may be sold during the sessions.
● All expenses incurred are the responsibility of participants.
● Five feet of table space will be provided.
● No electrical outlets will be available.
