Women's Wellness Group-Interest Form
12 Weeks of Mental Health & Wellness Support

Group Size: 5 minimum-10 maximum per group

In this group, we learn tools and skills that help banish stress, overwhelm, and burnout. This is an environment meant for mutual learning and personal growth.

Who is this group for?

Adult women who are looking to:
  •  better their mental health and physical wellness
  • create healthier routines and make self-care a priority
  • better manage feelings of stress and overwhelm
  • want to work on their mental health, but don't have the time or interest in more intense therapy

*This group explores skills and interventions that are evidence-based and helpful for managing stress, anxiety, and overwhelm delivered and facilitated by a licensed mental health therapist.

What will you learn?
  • How to identify & address stress, anxiety, and overwhelm and kick it to the curb!
  • Ways to improve your mind/body connection on a daily basis.
  • The importance of implementing healthy boundaries across relationships.
  • How to use the tips you learn to create a more balanced and aligned lifestyle.

What can you expect when attending this group?
  • Groups are held virtually, join from a comfortable space/private space
  • You'll be greeted with warmth and community (soft music, calm environment).
  • We participate in simple trauma-informed mind/body exercises (stretches, meditations, breath work).
  • Complete personal reflections when given prompts (journal exercises/worksheets).
  • Sharing experiences and discussion with the group (if/when you feel comfortable).
**Participant cameras can be on or off during sharing time. We'd love to experience your presence and engagement either way!**

Don't let being on camera stop you from participating.  This is a judgement free zone, and most participants find they feel more comfortable sharing in groups after 1-2 meetings.

Cost: $40/session (12 sessions)
(The total financial investment is $480 and each $40 payment will be processed on the day of each group.  You can save more by electing to pay in full and get a 15% discount.

Please Note: Your spot is held in this closed group regardless of your attendance.  Therefore, participants are charged even if they choose not to attend on a particular week.  If the instructor needs to cancel, a make-up date will be provided.

This is a closed group, so I ask that all group members commit to the full group series.  You will be with the same group of women throughout the 12 weeks. This allows us to create intentional space together for rapport and sharing with one another.

The three month duration of the group gives us time to work on our habits, intentions, and routines. With this reference point, it's easier to see the progress you make!

If you can't make every group meeting, that is okay!  Life happens, and I will send out a recap email each week with the basics of what you missed, so you can complete exercises on your own if you want to.

What happens after I complete this interest form?
After submitting the interest form, I will contact you directly with the info you provided.  As soon as we have at least 5 individuals who are committed to the group, a date and meeting time will be set.

You'll be asked to complete a short intake form and register a payment type for the group fee.

The max participation is 10 individuals per group, so don't delay and miss your opportunity to participate!
