Inquiry to Rent the Rockport Boat Club clubhouse; 2024
Hello! Thank you for inquiring about renting the club house for your private event. The facility is available to rent for private events when RBC events are not scheduled. Most of the club events are currently showing on the club calendar for the  2024 season, take a look and see if your date is available or inquire with Nancy: nancy.albertson22@gmail.com. 

The rate is $400 for either a weekend or weekday/night booking.

REQUIREMENTS:
1.  Total capacity is 84 people

2.  Renter is responsible for cleaning the club house before departing the premises: 
  • Kitchen wiped down, gas off, refrigerator emptied of personal items, fans off, lights off, windows closed, doors shut and locked.
  • All dishes, utensels and pots washed and put away.
  • Tables and chairs wiped clean and properly stored.
  • Broom swept clean in the clubhouse and the porch plus any spills mopped up.
  • Trash picked up from lawn, parking lot and premises.
  • ALL trash from the event to be removed from the premises.
  • ALL personal property to be removed from the premises.
  • ALL returnables removed from premises.
3.  Tablecloths are available, please wash and return them the next day.

4. FEE: $400 can be paid online under the member portal: https://rockportboatclub.wildapricot.org/Sailing-Store choose the "Member Clubhouse Rental" option. If you prefer to pay by check, please make it out to RBC and send to the PO Box; Attn: Nancy; Rentals

Renter[s] hereby release and discharge the RBC, its Officers, Directors and Agents from any liability, and agree to indemnify and save harmless such Parties, against any liability, arising from their rental of RBC as described herein.

COVID-19 WAIVER:
Use of Rockport Boat Club (“RBC”) clubhouse and grounds, attendance at any private rental event, (hereafter collectively “Activities”) is at your own risk. By attending any Activities you agree to hold RBC, RBC Members and Board of Directors harmless should you be suspected of or contract Covid-19 as a result of your attendance. RBC makes no warranty of a COVID-19 free environment and although RBC is taking all measures recommended by the CDC to ensure a safe environment, RBC is not responsible for any community spread or COVID-19 contamination that happens on RBC’s premises.
