Instructions: Please read thoroughly and then if you desire, you can complete sections I and II completely below.

We have been retained by Aiken Citizens for Freedom to represent the plaintiffs who completed our intake sheet by the deadline which was October 15, 2021 and asked to be named in the lawsuit. We have not asked the court to certify this lawsuit as a class-action lawsuit for a number of strategic reasons. There is a possibility that we may be able to add more plaintiffs to this action, but because of procedural issues with the court, we will not know for sure until November 1, 2021 at the earliest. We will be happy to discuss your individual situation if you like if you would like to call and schedule a telephone appointment.
