Abbington Clubhouse Reservation Request and Rental Agreement
RENTAL PARAMETERS:
• The Abbington Homeowners Association reserves the right to grant or deny rental of the clubhouse.
• The clubhouse facilities may be rented for private events sponsored by Abbington homeowners. Homeowner MUST remain present for duration of event.
• All clubhouse rentals are limited to the hours of 8:00 A.M. to 12:00 A.M. with a maximum attendance of 25 people. Currently only one 5 hour rental per calendar day is allowed.
PLEASE NOTE:
• If you will be serving alcohol at your event, you are responsible for ensuring that your homeowners insurance policy includes host liquor liability. The neighborhood does not have coverage for homeowner events.
• The clubhouse is a non-smoking facility.
• Homeowners are responsible for cleaning the clubhouse after their event using the checklist posted in the clubhouse as a guide. Cleaning supplies are provided. An inspection will be completed following each event.
FEE INFORMATION:
• The rental fee for a private event is $75. A refundable security deposit of $150 is also required. These fees are to be paid in two separate checks, payable to Abbington HOA.
• Your reservation will be complete once a community volunteer has confirmed the availability of your requested date/time and received your security deposit and rental fee.
• If the clubhouse is left clean and undamaged following the event, the security deposit check will be returned or shredded. Any additional cleaning needs or damages incurred will result in partial or full loss of security deposit.
