Hello Beautiful Community,

During this much needed time of change, I have decided to make a shift.

Classes will now be on a sliding scale model from $10 to whatever you can afford at this time. Please consider paying more for class if/ when you can, it allows for others who cannot afford to do so to pay less, anonymously, and without judgment.

 The reason for solidifying this payment structure a bit more is that I will be donating 10% of my earnings from these classes to 501c3 non-profits, campaigns, and individuals doing to work to directly address, examine and dismantle systemic racism. I have a list of places and campaigns that I have already personally donated to, but I would greatly appreciate it if you would share your knowledge and make a recommendation via this form.

Every two weeks donations will go to a different organization, so please - tell me where you would like your money to go.

As a yogi I feel it is my duty to practice ahimsa (a = anti or against or non, himsa = violence) which for me includes supporting those who are working to undo the racist structures of our society. This work will also continue past phase 4, let's create a system of support with longevity.
