The Alpha Leadership Institute is a free, nine-month mentoring program for young men in grades 6-11 where we serve in the ares of Iredell, Rowan, and Cabbarus counties. The focus of A.L.I. is to encourage Academic Excellence, Cultural Awareness and Social Development; cultivating young men to better men!

The Institute will meet two days out the month for a formal and informal group session and have the opportunity to have two additional personal sessions with mentor.
