DEI Consultant Supplemental Questions
I Follow the Leader is looking for Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Consultants who will help provide support for client engagements at I Follow the Leader to help us achieve our firm’s mission.

This is an independent contractor and project-based role that reports directly to our Founder and CEO or a Senior Leader. You'll also work in conjunction with our talented team of consultants and a DEI Coordinator.

Completing the questionnaire below is Part I of the application process. There are examples throughout the questionnaire to clarify our expectations.

2. Final candidates will be required to share their top 5 strengths from the CliftonStrengths test. If you have taken the test in the last 5 years, enter your top 5 strengths below. If not, we will only ask you to invest in the test if you advance to the final round. However, we reccomend that every person takes it to help with career growth!
