VB Spring Sports Performance Training Sign Up
Details: 
Each session is $10 PREPAID via the stripe link at the end. 
Sessions are focused in on the following factors essential to athletes: 
Speed, Strength, Vertical Training and Reaction Training

Thursday from 7:00-8:00 PM

How to Sign Up: 
We will have a monthly sign-up Google form. Each month you will open the form and checkbox the dates your athlete will be attending, and will prepay $10 x session via Stripe (see link at end).
You can return to this form to add sessions as needed (as you should not checkbox a date if you aren't also paying for it).

In addition to the payment of any fee, in consideration of gaining access to NPWR Training services, I understand sports, recreational activity or physical activity involve inherent risk of bodily injury and/or physical harm, and I agree and acknowledge that I am fully informed of those risks and have been provided an opportunity to ask questions and seek additional information. In consideration of the opportunity to participate in NPWR Training programs, sports, recreational activities or physical activities as a NPWR Training understanding of the consequences of my decision, I agree to waive and release NPWR Training, its employees and its representatives, from any and all claims for injuries or damages that may arise for any reason as a result of my participation in NPWR Training programs, sports, recreational activities or physical activities, including any and all claims based on the negligence of NPWR Training. its employees and/or representatives.
