I'm excited to get to know you and find out how I can support you in redesigning your life for more purpose, meaning and fulfillment.

This form serves as an intro to you, your dreams, goals and challenges to determine if it's a good fit for us to work together 1:1.

This is for you if...

✔️ you are looking for support & guidance, not someone to tell you what to do or do the work for you

✔️ you want to experience deep fulfillment and create a future aligned with who you are and what lights you up

Together we will:

>> Identify your unique skills, talents and passions
>> Get clear on what you want so you can create a vision for your future
>> Discover your values so you can live in alignment with who you are and what's important to you

As we move through this process I will also support you in building the confidence and courage to go after what it is that you want to create.

Here's what you can expect:

🤍 4 x 60min coaching calls over 4 weeks ($500 USD)
🤍 Support in building the confidence to go after what you want to create
🤍 Being held to high standards to create a more fulfilling and purposeful future

Once I have received your application, I will contact you to book a 15-minute Connection Call to see if we're a good fit to work together. Please note this is NOT a coaching or sales call.

All applications are confidential.

I understand that coaching is not therapy or a substitute for therapy.

If I have any mental health issues I understand this is out of the scope of coaching.

If I am currently being supported by a professional in this area I agree to seek advice from them before committing to coaching.

1:1 coaching is for those who are ready to invest in themselves, get to know themselves at a deeper level and take courageous action towards a life that lights them up.

The investment is:

4 weeks of coaching (4 x 60min sessions) ~ $500 USD

If we determine on our call that we're a good fit to work together, you will then have 48 hours to pay the investment to secure your spot.
